SEARCHING FOR IMAGES
Remember, you must
1) Use only rights-friendly sources and
b) Cite the image appropriately
Suggestions for finding images:
1) I give you links to several places with rights-friendly images.
2) If those don't work.
a) Go to Google Images
b) Click on "advanced search"

c) In the "Usage Rights" pop-up menu choose "labeled for reuse"

d) Type in your search terms, and hit return. This will produce images you can legally use.
Image Sites:
Life Magazine Archive The 50's link only has images of Walt Disney, for some reason. Do a keyword search for better results.
AP Images
Click on Images>Historical and search their collection of older photos. They even have an "Iconic" group of photos--with many you'll recognize! Or do a keyword search.
